Our work begins with a simple inquiry. From the moment you reach out, our focus is on understanding your story--your aesthetic, your priorities, and the feeling you hope to cultivate on your wedding day. You'll receive a thoughtful reply with details about our process, availability, and next steps for connecting.
THE INTRODUCTION
We'll schedule a call (by phone or by Zoom, depending on your preference) to explore your vision in depth. This is where we listen--truly listen--to what matters most to you. We'll discuss mood, color, scale, logistics, and budget. By the end of our talk, you'll have a clear sense of how we might work together and whether we're the right fit for each other.
THE CONSULTATION
Following our first conversation, I'll draw up a tailored floral proposal detailing flower selections, color profile, and estimated investment for your event. Transparency and communication are essential in this phase. My goal is two-fold: making sure you feel informed, supported, and inspired; and learning as clearly as possible exactly what you're picturing for your wedding florals. Once we're on the same page and have got a sketch of your needs, we'll proceed with a contract and downpayment. A non-refundable retainer of 25% of your projected total price will be due with your contract. The remaining balance will due one month before your event.
THE PROPOSAL & CONTRACT
The fun begins! We'll work to refine your floral palette, settle on the vases and vessels we'll use, meet for a venue visit, and fully define your aesthetic vision, ensuring every decision serves both beauty and meaning. You can relax knowing that each detail is handled with care and expertise.
THE DESIGN PROCESS
As your day approaches, our team manages every element of production and installation with precision and calm. From ceremony to reception, every floral arrangement is handled intentionally to create an atmosphere that feels effortless, immersive, and distinctly yours.
THE WEDDING WEEK
When the last guests depart and the candles have burned low, our work quietly concludes. The experience lingers--in memory, in photographs, in the way your friends and family still talk about the flowers. We handle tear-down with the same professionalism and grace as installation, leaving you free to be simply present in your day.
