Your vision is our vocation.
We create wedding florals that feel natural, effortless, and full of life. Whether it’s a rambling ceremony arch, a lush tablescape, or an airy and artful bouquet, every piece we make is grounded in seasonality, composed with intention, and designed especially for the moment in time it adorns. Please have a look at some of our recent wedding images to glimpse the sort of beauty that defines our work—romantic, refined, and rooted in nature.

Will we vibe?
I’m not for everybody! Floral design is personal, creative, and deeply tied to feeling. Style, trust, and connection matter so much.
We’re likely a great match if you:
care deeply about flowers—their beauty, seasonality, and presence
are willing to trust your creative partners and give them room to design with confidence and artistry
appreciate that quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail elevate any experience
are planning a wedding in which atmosphere and feeling matter more than trends
expect flowers that reflect your aesthetic, not someone else’s Pinterest board
We’re probably wrong for each other if you:
are looking for a florist to replicate exactly something you’ve seen Instagram (I’m happy to look at inspiration, but I’m not interested in copying the work of others)
are price shopping or seeking the lowest quoted estimate
expect to DIY parts of the floral design or supply your own flowers
see wedding flowers as just another box to check—and believe any florist can do the job
have a very rigid vision and prefer to oversee every floral detail rather than trusting a designer’s creative process and interpretation.
I take on a limited number of events each season to ensure an extraordinary level of care and service. If you’re looking for something truly personal and artful, I’d be honored to work with you!
“Mary Beth has a God-given talent for creating beautiful floral installations and moments that will enhance your day. Beyond that, she has a natural way with people—a genuine, caring heart—and a passion unlike anything I've ever seen for her craft. She is the only one in the game that I know of that actually grows her own flowers! Mary Beth is all class—a total professional. I would work with her again and again if I could!”

CLIENT EXPERIENCE & PROCESS
CLIENT INQUIRY: The very first step in the wedding flowers process is the initial inquiry. Once you’ve reached out, I’ll send you a guide that introduces you to my work, my process, and my values. From there, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your ideas and needs, and to see if we share the same creative sensibilities and priorities.
FIRST CALL: We’ll chat by phone or by Zoom to get to know each other a bit and to sketch out a rough plan for your wedding florals. If you’ve hired a wedding planner, she’ll probably be on the call with us. We’ll discuss vibe, color, flower preference, your venue’s particular virtues, your estimated guest and attendant counts, and your budget. If we decide to proceed, I’ll get to work on a basic design proposal and pricing estimate.
PROPOSAL & CONTRACT: I’ll send the proposal to you ASAP. At this stage, everything’s flexible. Once we’re somewhat settled on your floral needs, I’ll send over a contract, which you’ll sign and return with a non-refundable retainer (25% of the total estimated cost of your wedding flowers). Most clients prefer to pay online with a credit card, but I’m happy to accept other forms of payment as well.
THE DREAMING/PLANNING PHASE: Once you’ve officially hired us, it’s time to get to work! We’ll spend the next few months dreaming about your wedding flowers, and we’ll keep in touch by email, text, or phone, trading ideas, and settling on details. I’ll update your design board as we go, of course, and make sure we’re always on the same page.
VENUE VISIT/MOCK-UP MEETING: If you’d like me to accompany you and your wedding planner as you walk through your venue, I’d love to come along! It’s always helpful for us all to be together in the space, envisioning your floral plans against the backdrop of the space. I’m happy to create a mock-up centerpiece for the visit so we can get a good sense of color, light, and scope. Please note that venue walkthroughs and centerpiece mock-ups are billed as an additional service for contracted clients.
FINAL ORDER & PAYMENT: Your floral order must be finalized one month before your wedding. I’ll send a final invoice at that time, and, once paid, I’ll place all flower orders. In the weeks leading up to your wedding day, we’ll finalize all timeline and logistical details, like when and where personals will be delivered, at what times my team and I will be able to begin setting up at your venues, et cetera.
YOUR WEDDING DAY: We’ll handle everything! We’ll make sure bouquets and boutonnieres arrive before pictures, and we’ll get everything set up at your ceremony and reception venues. At the end of the night, my team will return for clean-up, and you’ll live happily ever after!
“We loved working with Mary Beth! She’s super communicative, has a really great eye for detail, and she understood our vision completely. We sent her a mood board, and she followed up with a beautifully detailed floral plan that really helped us to sharpen our plans—which she then brought to life in the most beautiful way!”

Working with Mary Beth was one of the best parts of planning my wedding! It took her no time at all to understand my vision. Starting from the proposal she created, all the way to the day of, everything was absolute perfection. It wasn’t just floral design for me—it was a theme, a vibe, a feeling that I wanted our guests to experience. Mary Beth did not disappoint! Every time I remember how the wedding venue looked when I saw it for the first time, my heart felt so happy! She is generous with her time and input. She is patient with all the calls and emails before the wedding. She’s excellent with communication, and she will go above and beyond to make your dream wedding a reality. I really can not recommend her enough!
